Lamb & Caramelised Onion Sausages

A classic combination of quality lamb and caramelised onion, made in-house with a simple blend of organic ingredients, herbs and spices.

These sausages start with lamb trim and plenty of brown onion, slowly caramelised with raw sugar to bring out its natural sweetness. The lamb is seasoned with organic rice flour, tapioca and potato starch, organic pepper and paprika, sea salt and a touch of rapadura sugar.

The result is a hearty, flavourful sausage with the savoury richness of lamb balanced by sweet caramelised onion. Perfect for the BBQ, pan or an easy family dinner.

Lamb, brown onion, raw sugar, organic rice flour, organic tapioca starch, organic potato starch, organic pepper, organic paprika, sea salt, rapadura sugar, ascorbic acid.

Sausages are packed in approximately 500–600g cryovac packs. As these are made and packed by hand, individual pack weights may vary slightly.

Our fresh meat products are prepared fresh to order.

Order by Tuesday 5:00pm for delivery Thursday or Friday that same week.

Orders can be collected 7 days a week from our organic butcher in Everton Park, Brisbane. Please check your order status before coming in or feel free to give us a call to make sure it’s ready for your arrival.

We are currently delivering fresh meat to Brisbane, Gold Coast, Ipswich, Toowoomba and Sunshine Coast on a weekly basis.

As our products are perishable, someone must be available to receive your order at the nominated delivery address.

If no one is available to accept delivery:

• Additional delivery fees may apply to arrange a re-delivery.
• Alternatively, your order may be returned for collection from our store, subject to our storage capacity and food safety requirements.

If you would like your order left in a safe place, please include delivery instructions at checkout. Orders left at your request are left at the customer’s risk
