Having worked alongside Jo for several years, Kat shares a long-standing personal interest in health, wellness, conscious living, and community connection.
She works closely with the team across all areas of the business, managing operations, supporting staff, maintaining the customer experience, and continuing to grow TMP Organics into a space that feels approachable, supportive, and community-driven.

One of the unique things that sets TMP Organics apart is the depth of health knowledge behind the business.
Co-owner Jo Spies is a highly respected gut health specialist, homeopath, and natural health practitioner who has supported the North Brisbane community through her naturopathy and homeopathy clinic for many years.
Through decades of clinical experience, Jo has worked closely with families navigating digestive issues, immune challenges, chronic inflammation, nervous system dysregulation, food sensitivities, children’s health concerns, and overall wellbeing.
Her approach has always centred around addressing the root cause of health concerns — with food, lifestyle, and environmental influences playing a significant role in long-term wellness.
For Jo, TMP Organics is a natural extension of the work she has dedicated much of her life to:
