Free-Range Streaky Bacon (Nitrate & Chemical Free)

If you like your bacon with crispy edges, plenty of flavour and that classic balance of meat and fat, streaky bacon is the one. Cut from the pork belly, the natural layers of fat render as it cooks, helping the bacon become beautifully crisp.

Our Free-Range Chemical & Nitrate-Free Streaky Bacon is made using Australian pork from Gooralie Free-Range Pork near Goondiwindi on Queensland’s Darling Downs. Gooralie’s pigs are raised outdoors with space to move and express their natural behaviours and are raised under the RSPCA Approved Farming System.

Cook it until crisp for breakfast, layer it onto burgers and sandwiches, wrap it around vegetables or meat, or chop it through pasta, salads and other dishes when you want an extra hit of savoury flavour.

All of our meat is processed, butchered and packaged in our Certified Organic Butcher located in Brisbane. We use cryovac packaging to maximise freshness and freezer life.

We aim to pack your order as close as possible to the weight selected; however, as our meat is freshly butchered and portioned by hand, the final weight may vary by approximately 50g either side.

Our fresh meat products are prepared fresh to order.

Order by Tuesday 5:00pm for delivery Thursday or Friday that same week.

Orders can be collected 7 days a week from our organic butcher in Everton Park, Brisbane. Please check your order status before coming in or feel free to give us a call to make sure it’s ready for your arrival.

We are currently delivering fresh meat to Brisbane, Gold Coast, Ipswich, Toowoomba and Sunshine Coast on a weekly basis.

As our products are perishable, someone must be available to receive your order at the nominated delivery address.

If no one is available to accept delivery:

• Additional delivery fees may apply to arrange a re-delivery.
• Alternatively, your order may be returned for collection from our store, subject to our storage capacity and food safety requirements.

If you would like your order left in a safe place, please include delivery instructions at checkout. Orders left at your request are left at the customer’s risk
