Free Range Pork & Fennel Sausages

A fresh, herby take on the classic pork sausage. Made with free range pork and seasoned with fresh and dried dill, sage, thyme, garlic, nutmeg and cracked pepper, these sausages have plenty of savoury flavour without overpowering the pork.

The combination of dill and traditional herbs makes them a little different from your everyday sausage. Try them alongside creamy mash and greens, add them to a simple tray bake, or cook them on the barbecue and serve with a crisp salad.

Free Range Pork, Rice Flour, Tapioca Flour, Potato Starch, Nutmeg, Sage, Thyme, Garlic, White Pepper, Cracked Pepper, Dried Dill, Fresh Dill, Garlic Powder.

Sold in packs of 6 sausages, approximately 500–600g per pack. Cryovaced for freshness.

Our fresh meat products are prepared fresh to order.

Order by Tuesday 5:00pm for delivery Thursday or Friday that same week.

Orders can be collected 7 days a week from our organic butcher in Everton Park, Brisbane. Please check your order status before coming in or feel free to give us a call to make sure it’s ready for your arrival.

Weekly deliveries are available across Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Ipswich and Toowoomba

As our products are perishable, someone must be available to receive your order at the nominated delivery address.

If no one is available to accept delivery:

• Additional delivery fees may apply to arrange a re-delivery.
• Alternatively, your order may be returned for collection from our store, subject to our storage capacity and food safety requirements.

If you would like your order left in a safe place, please include delivery instructions at checkout. Orders left at your request are left at the customer’s risk

Each pack of 6 sausages is cryovac sealed to maintain freshness, protect meat and extend it’s freezer life. Total weight of sausages varies between 500-600g.
