Certified Organic Lamb Shanks

Lamb shanks are made for slow afternoons and meals that can be left to gently cook away. Taken from the lower leg, this hardworking cut contains connective tissue that softens during long, slow cooking, leaving you with tender lamb and a rich, flavoursome sauce.

Our Certified Organic Australian Lamb Shanks are ideal for braising or slow cooking with stock, vegetables, herbs and spices. Keep things traditional with rosemary, garlic and red wine, turn them into a warming winter casserole, or cook them with tomatoes and spices for a Mediterranean-inspired meal.

Our organic lamb is sourced from carefully selected Australian farmers and raised on open pastures, with a focus on animal welfare and quality food production.

All of our meat is processed, butchered and packaged in our Certified Organic Butcher located in Brisbane. We use cryovac packaging to maximise freshness and freezer life.

We aim to pack your order as close as possible to the weight selected; however, as our meat is freshly butchered and portioned by hand, the final weight may vary by approximately 50g either side.

Our fresh meat products are prepared fresh to order.

Order by Tuesday 5:00pm for delivery Thursday or Friday that same week.

Orders can be collected 7 days a week from our organic butcher in Everton Park, Brisbane. Please check your order status before coming in or feel free to give us a call to make sure it’s ready for your arrival.

We are currently delivering fresh meat to Brisbane, Gold Coast, Ipswich, Toowoomba and Sunshine Coast on a weekly basis.

Please take note of the Availablility and Lead Times listed above as preparation periods vary depending on the products you are ordering.

As our products are perishable, someone must be available to receive your order at the nominated delivery address.

If no one is available to accept delivery:

• Additional delivery fees may apply to arrange a re-delivery.
• Alternatively, your order may be returned for collection from our store, subject to our storage capacity and food safety requirements.

If you would like your order left in a safe place, please include delivery instructions at checkout. Orders left at your request are left at the customer’s risk
