Certified Organic Angus Liver

Beef liver is one of the most nutrient-dense cuts available and a traditional choice for anyone looking to include more organ meats in their diet. Naturally rich in vitamin A, vitamin B12, iron and copper, a little can go a long way.

Our Certified Organic Angus Beef Liver comes from Australian cattle raised on pasture and fed a 100% grass-fed and grass-finished diet. Slice it thinly and quickly pan fry with onions, use it to make homemade pâté, or add small amounts to beef mince for an easy way to incorporate liver into family meals.

All of our meat is processed, butchered and packaged in our Certified Organic Butcher located in Brisbane. We use cryovac packaging to maximise freshness and freezer life.

We aim to pack your order as close as possible to the weight selected; however, as our meat is freshly butchered and portioned by hand, the final weight may vary by approximately 50g either side.

Our fresh meat products are prepared fresh to order.

Order by Tuesday 5:00pm for delivery Thursday or Friday that same week.

Orders can be collected 7 days a week from our organic butcher in Everton Park, Brisbane. Please check your order status before coming in or feel free to give us a call to make sure it’s ready for your arrival.

We are currently delivering fresh meat to Brisbane, Gold Coast, Ipswich, Toowoomba and Sunshine Coast on a weekly basis.

Please take note of the Availablility and Lead Times listed above as preparation periods vary depending on the products you are ordering.

As our products are perishable, someone must be available to receive your order at the nominated delivery address.

If no one is available to accept delivery:

• Additional delivery fees may apply to arrange a re-delivery.
• Alternatively, your order may be returned for collection from our store, subject to our storage capacity and food safety requirements.

If you would like your order left in a safe place, please include delivery instructions at checkout. Orders left at your request are left at the customer’s risk
